Welcome to the IGLC33 Conference ("the Conference"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation. By completing your registration, you agree to abide by these Terms. 2. Registration and Payment 2.1 All registrations must be completed through the official IGLC33 Conference website or an authorized registration platform. 2.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. 2.3 Registration is considered final once payment has been processed and confirmation has been received. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy 3.1 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued in the event that a registrant is unable to attend for any reason, including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, or personal circumstances. 3.2 Registrations are non-transferable and may not be reassigned to another individual without prior written consent from the Conference organizers. 3.3 Refunds will only be issued if the IGLC33 Conference is canceled in its entirety by the event organizers. In such cases, registrants will be notified and provided with refund instructions. 4. Event Changes and Force Majeure 4.1 The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. No refunds will be provided due to such changes. 4.2 The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. 5. Code of Conduct 5.1 All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. 5.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and the organizers reserve the right to remove any participant violating this policy without a refund. 6. Liability Waiver 6.1 Attendees participate in the IGLC33 Conference at their own risk. 6.2 The Conference organizers, sponsors, and venue shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred during the event. 7. Governing Law 7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 7.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates. 8.
